The Taste of the Permian Basin is produced annually by the Permian Basin Restaurant Association. Now in its 39th year, the event features an array of local eateries, each offering their choice of culinary delights for attendees to savor. Proceeds from the event benefit higher education scholarships and culinary arts education.
